REFUND POLICY

We stand behind every bottle of Pee Hero. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right — no hassle, no stress.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To start a return, email us at hello@pee-hero.com with your order number or proof of purchase. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us — processing times vary.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost. Email us at hello@pee-hero.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll ship out a replacement right away.

Unwanted Items

Changed your mind? No problem. Return any unused, unopened item within 30 days for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs on unwanted items.

Warranty

Pee Hero products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. If you experience a product defect, contact us within 90 days of purchase and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
